Grey Zone
Grey Zone
There was a moment this morning when the sunrise could have gone full-fire mode. The mix of clouds was just right; all it needed was a spark of sunlight to sneak under the cloud cover and boom, the whole sky would have lit up. We got hints of pink on the far horizon, alas, the fire was snuffed out before it could spread. And so it was grey; a cloudy, textured, layered grey. Still made for interesting viewing.
Not much on offer wave-wise today. Felt like the tide was swallowing whatever swell there was at first light so options were limited. Didn't deter the grommets or Tully on the log.
Might be more on offer on the other side of the tide.
