It's going to be hot one today - 39 degrees in the city and only a touch cooler seaside. Find yourself a big leafy tree, an air conditioned office, or a lounge poolside; anywhere to stay cool. We'll get a cool change sweep through this evening but it's going to be a long hot Summer afternoon. There's been a lift in swell today but it's pretty wonky from the overnight onshore wind. There's 2-3ft of Nor-East windswell and if the forecast offshore blow in from the NW it should groom it into some neat ones later in the day. Could be perfect for an after work cool-down session.
