It might be sunny and cloudless outside now but at dawn this morning the horizon was thick with clouds. These kind of mornings always make for interesting light as the sun wrestles with the clouds. Light & dark; good & evil - always a good plot in that. The swell's up a bit from yesterday but it was low tide and super straight at first light. You had to be lightning fast to get anything out of what was being served up and even then the risk of an encounter with a shallow sandbank was imminent.
ICMS is having their annual Open Day this Sunday. They do great things up there in the hallowed grounds of St Patricks (aka Gatsby's mansion) and it's well worth heading up just to check out the old building and grounds.
