Beautiful morning on the beach with an every so slight increase in swell. It's only small but on an improve on yesterday morning's virually flatness. The swell is from the South so Queensie is the only place worth a look on the Manly stretch of sand. I took a drive North to to keep it fresh and check the scene over the hill. The sandstone cliffs were alight with winter sunshine and there were a few waves to be had. With a bit more exposure to this little South Swell there were definately more options up the Northern Beaches. Take a drive. The weekend ahead is looking small and a quick glace through the Coastalwatch long range forecasts suggests we may be staring at a flat spell for the week ahead as well. If you're planning on surfing this weekend get the log out and head to the swell magnets.
