Dark Arts
Dark Arts
Turned out to be a lovely, albeit slight chilly, day out there today. Before the blue sky and sunshine, the scene was dark and somewhat foreboding with a thick blanket of cloud overhead. Sure, bright blue sky's are nice, but as a photographer, it's the days when the sun has to wrestle through darkness that generates the most interesting light and this morning had some moments. I like these kind of days.
The bump in south swell due today definitely wasn't showing first thing; it was flat! Looks like it's up a bit now but so is the wind. Tomorrow and Sunday are look reasonable although the swell direction is 180 degrees straight out of the south; not our favourite.
Have a cracker long weekend - catch you out there..
