Warmer In
Swim
Another frosty* morning on The Beaches this mornings as that high pressure system that's been parked over the state pushes cool air in from the west. The upside of this weather is how still and clear the mornings and days are. The clarity in the air and the water is outstanding right now; I could see the Central Coast from up on North Head yesterday and reports from Cabbage Tree is +15m vis.
With the air hovering around 8 degrees and the sea surface temp sitting around 18˚ it's no wonder everyone's jumping in for a dip. Just be prepared to rug up once you're back on land. There's been a heap of whales passing by Sydney at the moment, let's hope one or two swing by Cabbage Tree Bay for their annual visit.
Stay warm!
