Happy Monday and a warm welcome to Summer. It feels to me that Summer's been a while coming; cast your mind back to October and the early days of Spring it was already warm to hot and dry (22 October was like a hairdryer outside!). Today we're headed for a fairly mild 26˚ with the wind swinging between nor'west and sou'west.

According the surf forecasting guru's, there's a little pulse of south swell on the Tasman today. South facing beaches should be shoulder-to-head-high and clean with the offshore wind. Freshie had swell lines at first light although the high-tide was swallowing most of the energy.
