What a stunner of a morning out there today! We had the perfect potion of high and low clouds lit by the soft light of winter casting pastel hues across the beach from north to south.
It's a nice day out there; real nice! Too early to call it spring but there's definitely a feel to it. Sydney's sitting on 22 degrees, sunshine and light winds. It's a text book beach day.
The clouds are back, winds are light and the swell's still hanging in there. How many days of proper swell are we up to so far this winter? This morning it's 3 foot with the odd 4 footer; that's still 'proper swell' right?

You feeling the cold this morning? Brrrr - it's brisk! 4 degrees up on the hills this morning and after yesterday's 22 degrees it's no wonder that sou-wester is cutting deep to the bones. I'm still trying to get my fingers to uncurl!
