This morning's had everything so far; a cracker sunrise, fog pushing over from the harbour, bright sunshine and pouring rain.... and it's only 10:30.  It's a strange kind of weather right now; super

The salt mist was turned up to maximum volume this morning. So thick with was the air you could barely see joggers on the sand past North Steyne from Queenscliff.  

Did you catch that brief flash of bright pink this morning?  I was sprinting on my bike as the brightest of the colour lit up overhead and just manage to capture a couple of frames at Queenscliff

Feels like we might have kicked the morning coastal showers, for now at least.  This morning we had a beautiful mellow golden light and just enough clouds to keep it interesting. 

It's not quite offshore but it's the next best thing, there's just the slackest of breezes out on the ocean today.  It's hardly raising a bump.

You don't have to look far to find waves today although finding a good one is going to be a little bit trickier.  There's a heap of East well streaming into The Beaches with a light onshore wind just...

Did you get in the water over the weekend?  Brrrrrr - oh man it's cold! The water temperature has plummeted.  I reckon it's way down below the coldest we experienced over the winter. 

I thought we were going to be waking up to the sound of rain on the roof this morning.  Instead, there was a brief flirt of colour followed by a ton of bright sunshine.  A pleasant surprise!

It’s another beautiful morning out there! Sunshine to spare, light winds and an ocean delighting all-comers.  Go on, jump in. You won’t regret it!
