I’m back in Sydney and she’s warm out there this morning. Maybe not so much in the water (think it’s a refreshing 17 degrees in the sea) but the air is a delight.  This weekend we’re in for a Spring

They take their sand pretty seriously up here.  It’s the life blood of the Gold Coast, drawing in tourists, protecting the beachfront developments and feeding a population of hungry surfers.

I’m on the Gold Coast again this week for a little bit of work and a little bit of family time.

Good morning and a happy Spring Friday to you!  It’s warm in the air and cold in the water and if you got out there this morning you’ll know that the swell’s up again from the South.

Change happens quickly when it comes to the weather.  One day it’s 33, then you wake up and it’s 12 degrees.

It’s 11:30 and we’ve just tipped over 30 degrees on our way to 33 in Sydney today.  No problem’s getting out of bed at 5:30 when it’s 20 degrees outside, just got to remember the sunscreen!
