Apologies for the radio silence, I've been in hiding out down the South for the last couple of days. Disappearing down south definitely has it's advantages; pristine bush camping, all-time vegetarian burgers, great bakeries, semi-secret reefs and uncrowded beaches.  This morning we slipped into the later just prior to the arrival of 30knots of westerly wind.

We had 20 minutes of clean perfection before the wind was blowing with such force it rendered the waves almost unsurfable. Good while it lasted!

How are the waves in Manly today?  All the ingredients are there for quality waves; 2-3ft with an all day offshore - you getting into it?  Heard there might even been a dust-storm blowing in from out west to remind us Sydneysiders the drought's still real.

Interesting times ahead.
