Good morning and a Happy New Year to you!! How you doing? Back to work? Hmmm, yeah, me too!

If today's your first day back the office it's probably not too bad a thing. Outside it's a grey dreary ol' day - an easy one to be flipping up the laptop for the first time and logging in for the year.

At the other end of the spectrum, New Year's day in Manly was an absolute stunner. Half of Sydney came in via the ferry and who could blame them. It was one of those days; pretty close to perfection and the crowds turned up in their droves to soak up the new year and rinse off the old.

I took a walk around Cabbage Tree Bay with the camera before the lure of the water overcame me. Day One of the 2018 - enjoy!
