Vivid To Pastel
Here we go…
Nice morning out there today. A full sky of orange and pink in every tone from vivid in the north to soft pastels down south. Been a while since we've had a sunrise like that.
There's nothing doing surf-wise unless you're in the micro grommet category. It's flat with the odd half-footer; a perfect day for swimming... or working. Incredible to think this time last week the ocean was ramping up to double-overhead plus. The comings and goings of swells is a wonderful thing to observe.
Later this month the Save The Waves Surf Film Festival returns to the Manly Freshwater World Surfing Reserve for a night upstairs at the Harbord Hotel. The STWSFF showcases surfing, adventure, conservation and climate stories from grassroots to global action. Details & Tickets here
Not much swell on the way, but another sunrise like today would be nice.
