20 Degrees & Sunny

Swinging In The Sky

Swinging In The Sky

G'day Sydney!  You're looking mighty fine out there!

I arrived back home last night to see that Indian Summer had ended and rumour has it  Autumn may have been skipped altogether. Didn't the sand had a fresh wintery feel to it at dawn this morning?! (6 degrees) But hey, we certainly can't complain about the weather, we're stacked to the horizon with a forecast of 20 degrees and sunny.  The BOM forecast  is so repetitive it looks like something's gone wrong in the programming.

After 3 weeks in the Wild West (no posts yet but stay tuned), I have to say, it's quiet comfort to see some friendly, clean conditions straight out the front at home. It's 2-3ft, clean, offshore and if you can jag the right one there's head-dips and carves on the offer. Over in West Oz we had everything from 1ft Red Bluff to 12ft Margaret River and only a handful of sessions in between.

Epic trip but it's always nice to be home.
