The energy has really ramped up this morning. While most of the size is going straight past us, there's plenty of waves wrapping in with consistent sets at shoulder-to-head-high. It's not the best swell direction for us, but the waves are shaping up ok on the current sand set up and it's a relief to see some honest swell at last. The wind's going to strengthen and angle more southerly later in the day, so get in while it's sou'west and clean.

In local health and wellness news, my partner Olly Kerr has joined the Village Chiropractic Team returning to practice at home after a stint in rural NSW and maternity leave. Anyone that's surfed or practiced yoga with Olly know she lives and breathes health and wellness. Olly's appointment book is now open.and she's looking forward to sharing her vitalistic approach to chiropractic with the community.
