Autumn Days
The Bombie
How good is Autumn?! The water's still warm, the wind's angling offshore and with a bit of luck there's some kind of low pressure systems spinning way out in the Pacific feeding the east coast with an abundance of swell. That's been the exact scenario this week and it's set to roll on for the next few days at least.
Cyclone Vaianu hasn't been talked about much by the BOM but it's been exciting the surf forecasters as it traverses the South Pacific. It's not going to be XXL like March's double dose but it's looking like a good direction and there'll be plenty of energy. The storm is currently making a b-line towards New Zealand's North Island after passing close to Fiji . Hopefully all in her path are safe 🙏
Weatherwise we're in for a stellar run of warm autumn days with light winds and sunshine as far as the eye can see.
Happy days.
